Buyer paid, but address was not confirmed. She said the account was her home address & was trying to ship to work.

Since PP said it was unconfirmed, I refunded. She repaid in 2 payments. PP said I am covered as long as I have tracking.

Correct? The item is under $250.

How are you going to give 1 DC on 2 payments?

Unconfirmed addresses are ok as long as Paypal says OK to Ship.

A paypal rep I spoke to said the address had to a be a confirmed address to be covered. (I know my seller whom I returned the bag to would lie if I sent it to another address anyway)

And the postal worked also didn't get a signature (they said he made an "error" and forgot)!!!

I'm confused, if you refunded the seller why would you accept her to repay with 2 payments? As far as I understand the payment has to be paid in one payment, if not Paypal will not cover you.

I would make sure I get that in writing with paypal. From my understanding, you're only covered with one payment. I would not ship until paypal says "ok to ship" in the transaction page.

Like others said if it says ok to ship I think then it's ok
