Soho Disco - applicable promo codes?

If you were looking to buy a Soho Disco would you pay retail or have you seen coupon codes/promos that apply to this bag? It seems like none of the new customer codes at Farfetch, Net-a-Porter, or MatchesFashion work on it. Gucci is also usually an excluded brand for the promotions at Saks and NM. Just wondering if it's possible to get a deal on buying this bag new or should I feel okay paying retail for it? TIA!

Nearly impossible to get the disco on sale. Saks used to send private links to Gucci sales and several years ago I snagged a red disco at significant discount but I was pretty lucky.

I haven't seen any discounts in quite awhile. They used to have seasonal Discos and those would go on sale (I got a black patent Disco that way), but only seen black, red, and tan in recent years. If you have a card at Saks, NM, Nordstrom, etc. you could plan your purchase to match with a bonus points event so you would get a little money back on it. Another option is to look at places where you won't be charged a tax (provided of course your state/country has a sales tax to begin with). It isn't a huge savings, but it is something.

Thanks guys! I'll probably wind up buying from Farfetch or Matches since taxes are included in the sale price. I just wanted to make sure I shouldn't try to wait for a promotion!
