Soft tan bayswater - holding shape

I have the midnight blue bayswater in soft tan and I was wondering the best way to keep it nice and firm.. I stuff it most nights and am thinking about getting a hard base plate to hold shape..

Anyone have any other tips?

What about a purse organizer? Holding shape and providing additional pockets.

Hi I have taken mine to work thrown it around a little and it seems to be keeping shape well - no marks either!
If that's any help.
