i visited my neighborhood boutique (Selfridges) today to inquire on a possible special order.. while waiting, i suddenly remembered about a piece i never got to have myself waitlisted for, but had always found gorgeous..
i knew that it was already impossible to get at the store (since eBay prices of it are ridiculous!).. but i decided to take a chance..
i nudged my favorite SA to check for a piece that may have maybe fallen behind the shelves or something..
and she was so kind enough to do so..
would you believe she came out with the two little drawstring cases, housing what were supposed to have been out of stock?!
i was ecstatic inside, but had to contain myself, should it have only been reserved for those waitlisted..
lo & behold, it was 'available' for purchase.. and i chose the color my heart melted for..
