Take a deep breath. My experience with the speedy keys is that any small key, the kind you find on a luggage lock works on the speedy. Try that to get the purse open. I've also been known to use a bobby pin, then again, in another life I'm convinced I was a crook 
. Seriously take a look at your luggage locks, I think you'll find one that works. Then call the store and tell them you won't take no for an answer, and you want the keys NOW. By the way, do you happen to have another speedy or know someone who has one? I betting that any small key will work. Give it a try and let us know.

Edited to add: It's sort of weird that it came locked. I've never had one come like that. Usually the keys are attached to the lock with one of those little rings. weird.
