I recently purchased my pair of ultimate short UGGs from an authorized online retailer and my boots squeak! It's more noticeable with my right, but my left is starting to act up.
When I place my heel down, there is a noise, similar to a wet-sneaker-sucking-squishy noise, but rest assured, my UGGs have not had ANY interaction with rain. I do not believe it's due to a type of flooring since it makes this noise regardless if I walk on pavement, tile or carpet. So, I'm guessing that maybe there's an "air pocket" of sorts under the heel that is making this noise whenever pressure is applied to the heel.
Is this common with the shoe(s)? I will be calling the retailer this weekend about an exchange and hopefully they will be able to help me out. But, if there is a simpler solution, I would love to hear it!
Thanks!
P.S. I did a +uggs +squeak search and did not find anything. So, if I overlooked it, mods please combine this with an appropiate thread.
