I placed my order on Sat and my store had to order this in for me from JAX as it wasn't showing anywhere in Canada .I got a call today that it's unavailable and sure enough it's showing out of stock on the website too!!!!
Who'd a thunk it!!

The same thing happened at my store with the lagoon. The SA was able to find one in Ohio. She said Macy's might have them as well.

It's not even showing on the website at all anymore. The silver jeweled one is showing out of stock too but is still showing online! Probably a good mothers day gift!

Don't worry just yet. Coach will sell out of an item but then restock at a later date. I called on an item once and was told that they sold out, replenished and that all of those were sold as well and that they would not be restocked.....but they did. So you never really know with Coach.
