Hello my name is Amber.
I hope everybody is doing well.
Before I discuss what's been bothering me let me share my plastic surgery background with you all so that you could get a clear idea of what I'm suffering with.
Three years ago I went to Thailand and had plastic surgery. I had the following. My nose job (For the second time) jaw shaving. Cheek bone shaving. Chin implant. Lips reduction. I am happy with my nose (kind of) but with my face after I had my jaws done I thought I'd have a firm v shape without huge cheeks but my face became saggy and I look really old, the saggness is caused by the extream swliing after the surgery and weight loss.I wanted my lips to be upwards small and cute, dolly like. But they look like as if I'm frowning. The doctor promised me to look younger and cuter but today I look old. The bloating of my face after my jaw shaving and weight loss caused saggy skin. I have tried face threading where they put surgical thread underneath your skin and pull. I did not see the results I want. What I would like to achieve this time is a firmer v shaped face. To pull my lips up into a cute fuller smile. And to have bigger eyes. My eyes are kind of sunk in and small.

First I contacted The ID hospital and they answered really quick and suggested odd things.
I told them I shaved my Jaw but they suggested to it again along with my cheek bones which I have said that I have done it before. Face lipo and a chin implant That puzzled me. And I felt that was not normal and noun of them seem medically could work together. They seem to advertise a lot to me promising that I'll become the most beautiful. A side note I told them I do not wish to have the jawshiving the ignored my request and not even issued it,

Grand in the other hand suggested things that I felt very comfortable with and I felt like they are the most reasonable.
MSAR face lift. Fat grafting and double eyelid surgery to fix my lazy eye. (I'm interested in a third nose job but I'm not sure at this point) I looked into both of the hospitals for reviews online and ID seems to have the most negative reviews. And I looked at patients that had surgery at Grand hospital and they look good (noun models of course)
I am interested in Grand but this made me really scared and I did email them about it:
.....ts-charges

I contacted them about the artical and they pretty much said they will never do that, and there are CCTV during surgery so that family members could check on the Patient During surgery.
Then I read the reviews about grand and ID with in the forums and I got even more worried.

The issues is now:
-Which clinic in Korea are the best for anti aging / fat grafting and facelifts.
- Clinics that respond quick and provided a lot of detail when it comes to surgeries.
- The prices of surgery don't matter to me as long as they are known for good results.

*Im currently interested in FACELINE any reviews about them are appreciated.

Hey there. Choosing a plastic surgery clinic is sooo stressful sometime as there are so many options to choose from! I think its best to actually visit the clinic and consult with the doctors and see their B&A photos then decide. I went to several clinics myself and sometimes the clinic does feel like a factory and you feel like you are going to be "products" rather than a patient. (You can check out my review posting). I went to DA for my jaw surgery and DA responded quickly to my questions and was very patient with me when I asked a lot of questions. I am not sure about the pricing for anti-aging, fat grafting for DA but the pricing for jaw surgery was reasonable for me. Anyways hope you find the right clinic!

I can totally relate to how you must be feeling because I got botched up by pretty much the same procedures as you in the same country with the same side effects. When I was like 18/19 I did a Jaw reduction in Bangkok and they removed wayy too much bone to the point where I had noticeable sagging a year later. I had to get a facelift at such a young age to reverse the effects of the over resection to the jaw bone. My surgeon in Australia did a CT and Xray on me and was so shocked to see how much bone was removed. Needless to say what I had done in Bangkok was a botched job.

Anyways a month ago I did a face and neck lift in korea because now im older and the effects of the previous lift had worn off. My suggestion to you is to avoid ID and Grand. Theres a profound difference between good marketing and skilled surgeons. Those 2 hospitals pump alot of money into their marketing however actual results do not reflect what the marketing portrays.

Definitely cross out anyone who suggests you to do another jaw reduction. Sagging occurs when too much bone is excised. To excise more will not resolve the problem. That approach does not make any sense and is aimed at charging you more money for unnecessary procedures. What you need to do is focus on is a senior level and above anti aging specialist who will take the time to discuss the right approach for your lift. There's many different techniques for lifting and you gotta find a surgeon who specializes in the technique which is most appropriate for you. For example, while the results of my lift are nothing short of perfection, the technique I used was tailored to address issues concerning my facial structure. I have a wider zygoma frame so my lift had to be done in a particular manner to avoid the zygoma looking too wide in comparison to the jawline. You gotta just take the time to consult to find the right surgeon for you and start off first by determining what technique is required for your facial structure.

Hi,

I was wondering if you went ahead with the v-line surgery again? I am going to South Korea in September 2017 and want to do v-line, eyelid revision surgery and forehead reduction. I am also interested in FACELINE, have you found out more about it?

Kcouture I've learned a lot from reading your posts on this forum. I am also considering a facelift along with revision rhinoplasty. Do you mind sharing where you had your facelift? I wouldn't mind having one when I do my rhinoplasty revision (still emailing clinics presently), if it's a good idea to do both at the same time.

You can do both at the same time but from when i consulted different surgeons, some are willing to do it together while some would rather the rhino be done firsr then the lifting the following day. Ive never had anyone recommend doing lifting first then the rhino. Ive had friends who did rhinoplasty first then lifting the next day, its very uncomfortable so I wouldn't recommend it.

Thanks K Couture for sharing your thoughts on this. What you said makes sense.
