So.. is IOFFER guaranteed fake?

I saw the multicolor black mini bag on Ioffer for only $99.

A girl I know sold hers to me for $370. I know hers is authentic, she only buys authentic & she got it @ the LV boutique in Paris..
It retails for $540 right now..

I asked the seller if it's 1000000000% Authentic and the seller says YES!
They dont have the actual picture up either, just the stock. They said they also promise a money back guarantee. So does this mean that the bag is authentic or not?

I asked for more pictures and they said they don't because they buy their stuff on Wholesale..

LV = NEVER WHOLESALE... right?
