I loved Pandora when I bought my bracelet and now I love them even more.
Let me tell you why... their SA are just the sweetest!!!!
I went in to purchase my bracelet the day after Easter. I bought my bracelet and 4 charms. They were doing a ring stand promotion. If you spent over 100 you got it as a gift.
My 6 year old DD loved it and she really wanted one too.
I went around to see if she could get a bracelet, she wanted to buy one with her own money that she has saved up for a very long time. Every time she gets money she puts it away.
Long story a bit shorter, she could not get a Pandora, or any type of charms bracelet because she is just too small. They do not fit her.
So she asked for the charm stand, but they were all out and could not give them away anyway without a purchase.
She started to cry and the SA's in the store all felt so bad so her.
Fast foward to a few short weeks later, I go in to look at the Lariat they have, and she was with me. The SA who helped me out the 1st two times was there and a few of the same other ladies.
They told me they had one left in the display and if Corporate says it is ok, they will give it to me for her. Two days later, they called my house to tell me they have it in for me and I can come pick it up for my daughter.
HOW SWEET IS THAT????!!!!!!! I cannot believe how sweet and kind they were to my little girl. And it is not like I dropped 10 grand in their store or anything.
I am going to pick it up tomorrow and she is going to be sooooo excited.
Now I love Pandora even more!
