I've ordered from the Coach website once before, and received an item was not in optimal condition. I ended up returning it.
Now, I've tried to order from the website one more time because I had a PCE and did not have time to get to a store with the item I wanted. It arrived today and is beautiful, but flawed. I am so frustrated with this!
The bag is a Candace in Cognac (old style) so the quantities are limited. There are 4 small but very noticeable indentations in the front of the bag- right in the area of the logo and where they are most noticeable. There's also a small dark stain/mark on the bottom of the bag. There's also what appears to possibly be glue residue near the seams on both the front bottom and rear top of the bag.
Am I just expecting too much to receive a bag in "new" condition without flaws when I'm paying $300 for this item with a PCE? There are many other brands where you can buy a bag in "new" condition and reasonably expect it to be free of flaws.
