Dewdrops thank goodness the lady seems to be very understanding and obviously very honest. It could have been worse. I am not sure who the director is here in the US but they are probably situated in New York City I would think. Trying phoning one of their stores in NYC and see if they can give you the name of the director. I wouldn't tell the story to them in case they try and give you the run around without giving you a name. But hopefully they can do something for you.
