So disappointed! Broken Zipper

This sounds so silly but I am very disappointed in BV! I recently bought a card case and the zipper pull fell off when I took it out of the box.

I ordered the card case from the BV website after wanting one for years. This sounds so trivial to be this upset over a fixable problem. [emoji26]

Has a zipper pull fallen off anyone else's card cases or wallets before? Will BV fix them?

BV will fix it but I suggest you ask for a brand new one. The customer service is very good.

Sad this experience is not positive for you. I hope you'll consider giving BV another chance.

BV will take care of it but I would exchange it for a new one.
This is not typical of BV for sure & sorry that it happened to you
& as grietje posts, hope you will give BV another chance as the bags & accessories are worth it.

Thank you everyone for your quick responses. I've reached out to the customer service and they've asked me to return the item and then reorder.

I'll see how I feel after I receive my refund.
