SO and smaller boutiques

I've read about placing a SO in FSH or other boutiques in big cities, but I'd like to know if it's easier to place a SO in smaller boutiques.
I've only been in Hermes in Bologna, Italy, and it's small compared to other ones.
are the chances that my SO is accepted higher than if i placed it in Milan or Rome?
do you have any experience?

in Copenhagen H, which is a franchise and a shoebox of a boutique compared to other H stores, you can't do SO if you're not a resident of Denmark.

it used to be that they accept SOs even from tourists, but with the economy as it is, they have tightened the rules.

Lots of smaller boutiques do not take SOs. In Paris, only FSH takes in orders. So it's good to find out before one tries to develop a relationship with an SA

thank you, it won't be easy to develop a relationship with any other SA in Italy for me as the other boutiques are far from me.
I'll pay a visit soon and try to understand if they accept orders
