Really funny incident last saturday....
"Jazzie" came into the store on Saturday... We had a conversation about the smell of LV bags... Especially the vernis. So I pull out a Lexington from the showcase... "Oh I love the smell!" I said. "You want a hit?" I asked, as I hand Jazzie the Reade PM. So there we were, both of us smelling the Vernis as if it were a drug. One of the girls from Tiffany was like, "What the hell are you guys doing?" Then we told her about how we love the smell of vernis. So then she comes over and there the three of us were, literally inhaleling the smell of the bags... haha. Finally my boss comes back from his break along with the other p/t SA... We both were still "getting high"... hahaha So then the other SA comes over and Jazzie asks, "don't you love the smell of the bags?" He replies, "uhhh... I don't know about your, but I don't smell my bags..."
Get this.... haha Jazzie replies with "Whatever! I'm sure the first thing you do when you get home is smell your bag!"
Needless to say, the two of us and my boss, all inerpreted her response all in the wrong way... You should've seen the looks on all our faces! I'm pretty sure Jazzie was pretty embarassed... Maybe us Canadians just always have our minds in the gutter... could be wrong...
So where is this thread on smell of bags? Jazzie told me there was a thread about it...
