Small woven pouch—lopsided?

Has anyone else had issues with the small pouch being lopsided? This is the second pouch I’ve gotten where the opening is just VERY crooked and not centered. Is this normal? For almost $2,000 I want it to be perfect but it seems like they’re all like this May just have to return again and keep trying... the bottom two photos are how the bag looks when it’s sitting flat on a table. Really bothers me!

Yes, I wouldn't like this either.
Especially for the amount of money you spent on the bag.
