Small WOC question

Yes, it definitely would be long enough! I'm 5'6" and the small WOC hit a little below my hip when I wore it crossbody. I actually ended up switching it for the large WOC as I found the small didn't hold everything I needed it to, but the strap drop on the large WOC is significantly shorter than the strap drop on the small, so I can only ever wear it on one side now. I recommend going in store if you can! You'd be surprised how small the small size truly is 
Absolutely! I’m 5’4 and I wear it crossbody. You’re more likely to find it too long than too short. I have a shorter torso-longer legs kind of body and it lands where my bum is. It hangs lower than my Chanel mini rectangular.
Also if you’re worried about wear & tear I suggest black or a darker colour because the corners will definitely wear since they’re sharp. However, it’s less of an issue for the large woc though as the corners are more rounded. You’ll fit a lot more although the trade off is that you might not like it crossbody as yxshen mentioned, the drop is significantly shorter.
