Small marmont vs Soho disco

I like the Marmont. Easier to get in and out of, no zipper to fuss with. Soho disco is a bit more understated though, so if you don't want it to be flashy, I'd go with soho.
I have both and I can say that they both serve different purposes. The Gucci is great for everyday wear. I have 3 - black, red and metallic pewter. Yes, that’s how much I love the Disco. That said, before Gucci came out with the Marmont, I would use the Disco for evening events too - semi formal and formal. I’d carry it as a clutch and they looked elegant enough on the shoulder too. The Marmont is definitely more versatile bc of the shoulder, long shoulder strap, and crossbody options. I really enjoy the lock/closure as I can open and close the flap very easily. I love the zip closure on the Disco too as it makes reaching in for items completely hassle free. The chain strap on the Marmont is very light and slides very easily - sometimes too easily when wear it double chain on your shoulder. That said, I’ve been using my small Marmont for two days and have put it away to use another bag that has an all leather strap. I didn’t think abt why until I started writing this - I was tired of the the sound of the chains and my ears needed a break! Hahahaha! But maybe this is just me! I bought two bags recently and I purposely avoided ones with chains. Another thing I like is that the Marmont has a soft structure which makes wearing it close to your body so comfortable. But both are great bags! Hope this helps.
