Small Jodie lines on the leather?

I just bought my first Bottega after a long time of having the Jodie on my wishlist. I ordered from the bottega website. Leather feels absolutely buttery smooth but I can see some lines in/on/in between the leather. Is this normal and to be expected? I have the small Jodie in black. I tried to get it clear in the pictures, but it is more pronounced IRL. Many thanks!!

That would personally bother me and I would exchange. I’ve seen it on some but it’s definitely not on all
