Small diamond bezel necklace

Hi I have 2 small diamonds, I am not sure in the carat size but they are 2.75mm diameter. I have asked a local jeweller to quote for a 17inch white gold necklace with 3 diamonds bezel set.
I asked him if the stones would flip when wearing the necklace and he has said that he can't guarantee that they won't due to the stone size.
Maybe I am over analysing, but necklaces with small stones are sold so I guess the stones must be ok?

Sorry, it was late last night when I posted the above!
I would like to know if in all your experience a 3 stone bezel set necklace will flip around a lot?
I guess they do from time to time but it can not be such a huge issue or they would not be manufactured?

All necklaces will flip around from time to time. The exception to that are chokers.

Anything will flip, but bezels will probably more than any other because of the fact that they're built into the chain. Nature of the design.

They will flip unfortunately. I have a five stone DBTY style bracelet (not from Tiffany's) and although I love the design this happens all the time.
