Small crossbody/clutch for mom: LV or Fendi?

Please help me choose a gift for my mom! LV Eva or Fendi Crayons Pouchette? The Fendi comes in powder, pink, yellow or black.

both are lovely but it absolutely depends on the mom! mine needs a brown-tone bag, wouldn't use colors, and doesn't need black, but she dislikes the LV print. plus she likes big bags and might reject all pouchettes out of hand.

what's yours like?
