Small cracks where the sealing is... Anyone had this happen to their bags?

Just take your bag into Hermes. You don't have to wait until you think it needs other treatment as well.
When I took my Birkin in to monogrammed;they touched up my corners and they looked brand new. I was not charged for either service.

My Lindy of three weeks is doing this. Hermes will fix it. I had this issue with my Initiale and sent it to the spa. The resin was fixed, and better than before.

Both bags are clemence and purchased in the cold Canadian winter. I think that has something to do with it (dry air) because my other clemence products were fine -- purchased in "normal" weather.

This is the grain coming to the surface. These cracks occur where a grain line is because that's an area of greatest flexibility.

MrsS & HG, both of you are walking Hermes encyclopedia! Thank you for the info. I don't live near a H store so I guess I'll have to wait for another 3 months. Darn! However, I'm glad to hear it's an easy fix. My only concern is will this happen again?
