Small city? interior pictures?

I've noticed some people labeled their purses as "small city"? Does that exist? Also, can someone post pictures of the interior of the bags? I just wanted to see what material it's made out of and if it looks elegant.

As far as I know there is no "small City" - they may be referring to the First style (which is smaller than the City but has similar proportions).

The interior of the bags is a plain black cotton - so I guess I wouldn't call it elegant, but practical and neutral .
