Small bag for laptop?

Sometimes when I want to carry my handbag to to the office, I think it would be good with a really small laptop bag (which could fit the laptop, a small notebook and a pen). Does anyone have any recommendations of a slim handheld laptop bag?

Is this going to be a bag that will double as a purse or is it going to be strictly for work? If the latter, you might want to look at bags in men's lines; those tend to have a streamlined look and accommodate laptops, portfolios, etc. They're also not as big as most women's bags on the market.

Louis Vuitton makes a lot of men's bags that fit this purpose.

Strictly for work and it should be as small/slim as possible for the days when I want to bring a handbag as well.
