SLG + Uses

Hey ladies!

I thought it would be fun to discuss all our beloved SLGs and what we use them for! I know everybody has different purposes for things...

Mine and pretty straight forward but I'll go first

-Black MC Cles: Used for gift cards/ loyalty cards
-Amarante Cles: Used as a quick grab & go wallet - DL, main CC, health card, debit card, small amount of cash
-Emilie Wallet: regular wallet
-Trunks & Bags mini pochette: makeup bag
-Multicles 6 Key: for my keys (duh!)

What about you guys? Any interesting or "irregular" uses of a SLGs?

Sorry, I know that SLG's refers to small accessories, but what does it stand for? I have a mono ZCP which I purchased to use in my new DE Eva. Now I have my eye on a mono cles to also use in Eva as an even smaller wallet and to use in bigger bags to store my keys.

Trunks and bags mini pochette- garage door opener, garage badge for work and keys or makeup, phone and badge if I use this in a larger bag or crossbody when I am on a job site. This particular bag has soo many uses

Amarante business card holder- mini wallet- cards and paper money

Toiletry pouch 19- catch all for items- could include lipstick, small sunblock, badge for work

Mini Black Epi Pochette from Soufflot- lip product when inside my bag- or on a night out, my license and a lip product

Vernis Gris Art Deco Chapeau round coin purse- I use this for my store cards in place of a cles (I will post a pic)

SLG - stand for: Small Leather Goods

I have an agenda I keep as a note pad
and a key holder that is my bag charm

I have such a weakness for SLGs, but I'm only starting my collection :shame:

Old vernis cles in Pomme: driver's license, debit card, AAA card
Cles in damier azur: additional house keys, headphones, sugar lip balm

Currently saving for a Trunks and Locks mini pochette in damier ebene! Think I'm going to keep lippies in there.

I love slgs too. So cute and useful. Right now I have a Mono Cles I use for my set of keys. A Vernis Cles in Grive I use for change. A Secret Compact Wallet in Celest. I just love the soft leather. I'm actually looking to add another one to use for dl, maybe debit etc. since I don't carry my purse to work. I just can't decide what. First I was thinking DE Cles because it's so cute and I don't have a DE slg. But I've read how many uses the Mini Pochette is and the Trunks & Locks are really cute and it's limited. I like the chain too and it will still fit in my bag. But I love the Vernis cause it's so pretty I was thinking about waiting till they come out with a blue. I wish they had made it in the Grand Blue. So I'm so undecided. I keep going back and forth. I was also considering the black MC Cles. So I'm pretty confused at this point. Oh and I have a Mono Cosmetic case PM I use for girly stuff. :smile1:

Mini Pochette: store cards, vouchers, earphone + mini iPod

Toiletry Pouch 19: make up things , medicines

Cles Mono: keys, coins inside

Cles Azur: travelcard ( hanging as a bag charm sometimes to get easy access to my travelcard

ZCP: everday wallett ( credit , debit cards , cash)

This is my addiction.
I seem to find a use for slg of all shapes and sizes.
Mono cles for keys and store cards. De cles extra stuff. T26 and T19 cosmetic bag and extras. Zippy organizer wallet. K Cosmetic pouch reg size. Mono pm agenda extra store cards and Callender. Yellow Epi agenda note paper and insurance stuff in plastic zipper holders. Zippy coin purse for change. Mini LE pochette accessories. Pochette accessories NM. I think this is all. Depends on which bag I am using, I exchange things out.

DE Cles I use to hold my keys in my larger bags and to hold DL, CC and cash for quick errands, in Disneyland today it held DL, cash and lip gloss and was clipped to belt loop and tucked in my pocket.

Mono Zippy Wallet I use as wallet in my larger bags or as clutch with iPhone inside.

I have 3 SLGs that I use daily. 1) vintage kiss lock coin purse 2) vintage tp 19 3) 6 key holder

1) I use the coin purse for pennies on one side, and bobby pins/safety pins on the other side.
2) I use the tp19 in my purse as a catch-all for everything in my purse. That is lip gloss, flash drive, glasses cleaner, female products, etc. I'll be upgrading to the tp26 soon.
3) I use the 6 key holder for all of my keys, but I don't really use the slot in the back unless I'm running a quick errand without my purse and full wallet.
