Sizing on the Stella McCartney Shoes?

I was wondering if anyone knew what her sizing is like? does it run small? or big? or tts?

especially about these shoes.

I have the pump style in these wedges in my regular size, and I'd say they run true to size but not generous, and a bit narrow in the toe box.
