Hi my experience with Anouck is my foot measurements is 23cm I worn a 37 and found they was really tight on my toes but I have got wide feet with bunions, if you have normal width feet a 34.5 should fit but you don't want them slipping at the heel .
Hopefully some one else with 22cm feet could be more precise for you , Anouck is a lovely shoe you will love a pair !
