Sistina owners!! I need help!!

I purchased the Sistina GM last month and have been using it everyday. Being that said, I just want ya'll to know that I take very good care of all my purses.I just want to know if it's normal for the flap to have creases after just a month of use? I have the Mono Griet and the flap is still flawless after 2 years. Pics below with my beautiful Sistina wallet to match!! Please advise.

I have the MM for 11 months & there is no creases on the flap. I rotate my bags so it's not used daily.

What I had was bad creases on the strap, which I got it replaced by the store after 2 weeks of purchase. You should take your bag to the store to redress this issue. GL.

Thanks EvaLV!! This is really bothering me! I'm planning to go next week. How much did you pay for the replacement? Just wondering cos the straps are starting to crease as well. Thanks.

Do you find the Sistina easy to carry? I know the straps are stiff. just curious.

I've been looking at the wallet and the GM bag.

Also is it pretty roomy inside?

She's beautiful. Definitely take her in. The creasing will certainly lead to feeling and chipping. I'm surprised the sistina doesn't get more love here on the forum!
