I didn't know a Simple with 2" heel existed. I've had foot surgery and heels much above 2" don't work for me anymore. I sold all my Louboutins except my leopard Piou Pious which I'm going to wear no matter what.

I have never had Simples. My Decoltissimo were 37.5 and on the snug side. I had patent Piou Piou in 7.5, also snug in the toe box. The leopard are fine at 37.5, I assume because there's more stretch to the calf than to the patent.

I'm wondering if I should go to 38 in Simples to get more toe box room. Any feedback appreciated.

The Simples are more round toe than the other styles (Piou Piou and the Decoltissimo) so would be a tad roomier in the toe box - but very slight. Given that ur unsure and u can't try them on, I would def size up. I usually do that with lower heel height styles. Hope this helps.
