Silver vs. grey-Which one is more practical?

Hello,
I am considering selling my silver Guccissima Abbey bag for a grey Fendi Peekaboo. I don't wear the silver bag much, but I love it. I am confused because I don't know that I would wear the grey bag anymore than the silver bag. Which color is more practical and why?

I think gray is much easier to use than silver, because it is not so fancy and the metal is not so specific. Also a plain bag is easier to use than a logo bag. However gray tends toward a color, like taupe or blue. So you would want to make sure the peekaboo gray goes with your wardrobe.

Gray, definitely. It's not as shiny as silver, so easier to match with outfits.

I like silver - it's a great neutral and can take an outfit up a bit. While I love grey in many other things (home decor or even a great pear of slacks) grey handbags tend to look "sad" to me and I hate it when they get a taupe-y undertone.

But, in the end, pick a bag you love and can't help but want to carry! Any bag that doesn't make me carry it at least once a month, has to go. 😊

I think grey is more versatile and can be worn all day and night. Silver is a color most appropriate for evening bags, IMO.
