Silver Tank Must Watch with yellow gold jewellery

i am planning to buy Silver Tank Must Watch but I am only wearing yellow gold jewellery (watch on left hand, jewellery on right). do you think it would work together? Please share a pictures where you wear either silver or white gold watch on one hand and yellow gold jewellery on the other

I don't have any pics but I have yellow gold Love and JUC that I wear on same wrist, along with 3 yellow gold Cartier rings that I alternate between hands. My watch is a steel Roadster. I see no issues in mixing metals.

Thanks! I have posted several pics, I wear wg/ss on one wrist and yg/rg on the other (as well as rings). I don‘t mix otherwise. Hth!

My profile pic has a SS IWC watch with my Cartier love in YG.

I thought for the longest time that I wanted to match metals for my bracelets and watches and that having a SS watch with YG jewelry would look weird. Honestly, no idea why I thought that way. But at the time, I never tried and compared on in stores.

When I got my Love bracelet and put my SS IWC next to it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it didn't look bad at all! Rather, they looked quite nice together! The different metal colors make each stand out in their own way but do not clash or look off.

Not saying that all YG or all WG/silver tone would look bad. It's a matchy-matchy look that has it's own aesthetic and I still think looks good. But nowadays, for me, it would look a lot more formal and dressy.

I know I am in the minority-but I do not mix metals. If I wear gold jewelry I only wear gold and silver-only wear silver. I find it distracting and confusing to mix metals. If I wear an LV bag with gold hardware I only wear gold jewelry. I think you should wear what you feel comfortable wearing though!!!!

It’s a small Tank Must, yellow, pink and white gold. I am about to add a yellow/pink gold ring to the hand with the watch.
Do as you please. Looks good, in my opinion.

This is my approach or I add a mixed metal piece (ring or bracelet) to tie pieces together.
If concerned about a SS watch, I’d wear a two tone ring like Yurman or Trinity) to unify the look.
