I am going to be honest and put it out there: I need a cheaper gift that looks more expensive. I would love just to buy a charm from Tiffany's and get the chain elsewhere. Is there a site that has similar silver chains that are on their pendants?

Maybe try eBay? There are cheap ones from China. But that would mean that there is no Tiffany marking on it. What about just giving the charm as a present? A Tiffany as a gift itself would be significant enough

Dont buy non-silver fake Tiffany

Try visit your local jewelry shop, they do selling good price for full silver short and long necklace

It is still nice looking for longer term between normal silver necklace and real Tiffany pendant
