Yes, it's stored in my cell phone, I add my SA's email+other info on my email account, and I keep her business card in my daily agenda (along with all the international LV phone numbers that come with the refills lol), AND LASTLY MY DAD EVEN has it in his PDA lol.

I have the Valley Fair, Palo Alto (Neiman Marcus and free standing) and the SF stores (Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus and Union Square) numbers saved. I also have my old SA's cell number (she left LV recently) but I don't call her about LV. I call her to chat and make plans to go out.
