silicone for rhinoplasty?

theres so many risk with it moving, infection, etc and having to get revision from using silicone but why do so many people here still dont mind using it? im going for rib but a lot of place i consult with said to use silicone

can anyone give me their insight on why they dont mind using silicone?

Are you a guy? A lot of guys seem to dislike the stigma of being "artificial" with their donor materials, whereas I think girls are generally more accustomed to the idea of using nonautologous implants, simply because breast implants require them anyway.

im mainly talking about the risks. silicone has more much more risk than rib so not sure what many dont mind getting silicone

rib has its own risks too and can also absorb or warp, changing the shape of your nose. silicone wont ever do that
