I received my order way back on May 2nd. I ordered the Holdall (duffle bag) in the light beige “natural” shade. Overall, I really like this bag and regret not getting another style (i’d love the briefcase, but I didn’t know i’d have to bring my computer and work home so much) at the Kickstarter price.
The leather feels very nice and thick, it feels a bit “spongey” thick rather than a “chewy” think (chewy thick, is what i’d call Balenciaga metallic edge goatskin). Mine is a big bag, and it did have a bit of veins on it, but hermes bags often have veins too so while I personally don’t love veiny bags, it’s acceptable.
What I didn’t enjoy is that my light colored bag came with a couple of dark smudges (looks like fingerings, probably one of the people helping with packaging had unclean fingers?), they can definitely work on that.
I also don’t love the paper dust bag it came with. It’s like a nice durable paper, but it’s still paper and i’d like even a flimsy cotton one over durable paper.
Overall, though, I care about leather quality the most and i’d love a briefcase from them. At their retail price it’s a little hard to swallow though (because the retail of the briefcase is more than what I paid on Kickstarter for the holdall). Here are some pictures I took the day I got them, don’t judge my messiness and hope this helps!

Thanks for posting this detailed review! I’m curious about the briefcase as well.
I see what you mean about the price point. It’s too bad the retail prices won’t be more inline with the Kickstarter campaign pricing.
By the way, have you heard anything about when they will be available to the public to purchase?
