signature stripe swingpack question...........

is the stripe on the authentic bag placed near the bottom always??
i have seen some listed on sites for sale with the stripe closer to the top of the bag and wondered if that means it was not authentic.

I definitely remember there was a sig stripe line maybe a year or two ago where they moved the stripe near the top of the bag instead of at the bottom
