Siggy stripe tote at outlets? How much?

I'm looking at getting a black signature stripe tote (11691) like the one below. Are they at the outlets? And how much are they? I have a friend going in 2 weeks and I'm not sure if I should ask her or get one off of *Bay, depending on price and availability. Thanks

Saw them in the outlet in June. Don't know what price was though.

well im not sure on availability but i think they will probably be around the $200 mark, look on ebay for starting bids of the NWT ones and take $20-$50 off and tht is usually a good idea of outlet price
