side swept bangs?

I did get my bangs - I love them! And my stylist asked me a ton of questions before she started cutting, we talked about the pic I had (of Miley Cyrus of all people) and she did exactly what I had in mind!

Thanks for the tips on styling - the barrel brush works great!

My hairstylist showed me how to blow dry mine with a large brush. She actually recommended pulling them in the opposite direction that they're parted first (for more volume), then pulling them over to the side that you part your hair, all the while using the large brush to help dry them faster. Then I straighten them so they're not as poofy. Right now mine are getting soooo embarrassingly long, I might have to pop in to another stylist just to get them fixed!

When you use a round brush, how big of a barrel do you use??

the bigger the better in my opinion. it's easier to get a nice lift

That's the same style of bangs that I have. I use a flat iron and just iron them to where I want then. I bend them under slightly and hairspray them to set.

I'm a moron at blow drying my hair. I wash at night and let it air dry. I style using hot tools. Your technique is how my stylist does my hair at the salon. I'm not that adept lol.
