I usually don't like the straps that came with my bags. These straps are either too long, flimsy or they look like they're an after-thought for the bags. Unless you can't take it off (built-in straps) I usually take the strap off and use other straps that I have in my collection.
I have many but these are the two that I use the most, like 99% of the time. For sizing, I'm 160cm short and 50kg. My straps length range is between 95cm to 100cm which I still can use for cross-body.
1. Michael Kors strap made of snake skin leather in Bordeaux color that I use on my red bags and warm-toned colored bags.
2. MCM strap also made of snake skin in blue which I use on my bags that are in dark colors but cool toned.
