Shoulder strap on Celine box

I finally received my beautiful Celine box in red from departementfeminin. I am so excited, but when I try to open the clasps on the shoulder strap, one of the clasp can be easily opened, but the other one can not. I am wondering are there any ladies have the same situations before, or I am too lucky?

The clasps loosen up with use. I suggest pulling a little bit harder to open the clasp that is stuck.

I've tried as hard as I can. My husband also helped me. The clasp never moved. So sad....

Spray some WD 44 oil on a q-tip and use it to rub around the clasp, hopefully it'll help loosen up.

Thank you for your suggestion, I just tried. But the clasp does not even move a little...
