I believe it’s made like the Cabat. By hand and with a double layer of Nappa. I’ve not seen it in person though.

OK, I'm stumped here.
So, no zipper closure or magnetic fastening?
What do you do, tie it like a shoe?

From the pics I saw when it first came out it’s a tie to close. I love this bag just from the pics but the price is a serious deterrent. The mini cabat price went up almost 300 from when I got the petrol with wood suede interior to the espresso just gifted to me, but it’s still almost 500 lower in price. If the price wasn’t so sky high I’d be all over it. The website used to have a pic of the opening and you could see the ties, I think in pics of the larger size. If i recall correctly, the larger was in the 9k range in a dark green.

The problem I see in this bag is it looks like any other woven bag. BV's intrecciato set it apart. Now ... not so much.
