Mansur Gavriel Should your bucket bag stay structured?

Hello, ladies. I recently purchased the black/flamma regular size bucket back. I have only had it a week and it seems as though the shape is changing. It was not a preloved bag. I purchased it on openingceremony.com. The part that Is loosing the shape is the back of the bag where the indentions are.

I'm new to this brand and have been a Balenciaga bag girl for quite some time so this is totally different for me as I'm used to slouchy leather. I didn't want the bag to lose its shape. I absolutely love it but just wondering if this is normal?

Any input would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I have 7 buckets and they have all remained stiff and structured. The two calf buckets are softer and can change shape a little more but the veg tanned haven't (which I hope they never do I like the structure)
I have read of others bags indenting while being carried against them but not actually changing shape or staying this way. Mine will pop in occasionally if it bumps against me suddenly but pops out easily.

Mine pops inward when I wear it bit then comes back out. I've heard they stay structured very nicely.
I Totally get the Bal thing. I have had only slouchy leather until the MG bug bit me
I wore my Bal Town the other night and it was so nice and cozy.
