Should I trust the eBay return policy?

I requested additional pics from the seller but they responded as follows:

"Thank you for your interest. This item is safely stored in our warehouse and therefore unavailable for review at this time.

For your convenience, we do accept returns within 30 days!"

Should I trust this seller?

Sounds like that's the actual seller's return policy, not eBay's. Check out their feedback.
 
I wouldn't buy from a seller who doesn't have the item in hand. A warehouse full of designer bags? Sounds sketchy to me.
Sometimes some of the online sites list some of their bags on eBay and they do keep stock in a warehouse. I can't say this is the case here as we don't know the name of the seller but it's possible.
