For an award show or banquet for sure but just for a wedding no way.. Its gorgeous! BUT too expensive and formal

beautiful...but it doesn't seem you will get much wear out if it. I had a very special formal occasion last year and got a great dress for around 300 / 350 at Neimans. Check out a brand called Laundry. They make some great stuff and are really reasonable. I believe saks carries there stuff too.
