Should I sell my Tivoli PM?

Hi All. This was my first lv purchase and when I purchased her about 6 months ago, I was in Lvoe but now I find myself carrying other older bags from other brands. Should I just go ahead and sell her?




ETA: reminder that selling/buying/trading is not permitted on tPF.

The Tivolit is a lovely bag, but I personally do not hold on to things I don't love and use often....except my DA Speedy. I'm afraid of using her but I can't bring myself to sell her. Anyway,if you are positive you won't regret it, sell her. If you are ANY doubts, wait another month or two and try taking her out here and there in that time. If you still aren't in love, sell her! Good luck!

If you think that u r done with the bag than sell it no point in keeping something u don't like anymore. On the other hand be sure your ready even if it takes a while, try even taking it and check with yourself if the things u liked are still there :)

Sell - Tivoli PM was the first bag I sold and it was a cleansing experience to part with things I never use and got me over the anxiety to sell more often. You know in your heart if you want it or not. If it's not, no point is keeping it.

Hello! How is your "de-cluttering" of the rest of your bags going? I remember you had an extensive list to sell because you weren't using them. :graucho:

OP, yes I'd sell if I wasn't using it and haven't been for a while. If it was just sitting in your closet, you won't miss it anyways.

Hey - thank you for asking! I sold my Speedy Azur 30 and marelle sac a dos. So I am trying - I decided to keep my WOC and Madeleine and Verona MM (the price is so much higher than in 2010). I would still love to sell the Wilshire PM but not much interest. So maybe I need to just buy more red clothing!

Thanks for your replies. I am more of a shoulder bag girl and find myself straying away based on convenience and fear of messing up the vachetta. I like it and how feminine it is and not seen everywhere in my area, which were two keys reasons why I purchased. Think I'll hold on to it for a while. :-)

I am a shoulder bag girl as well but I like that I have my handhelds when I feel the need. ;) I have the Tivoli PM as well and it's so beautiful! I find ways to use her even if just going to the gas station. :D

I love Tivoli PM and would love to own one. I have not bought one because I keep finding other bags to buy. I bought 2 Suhali Lockits last week so I figure they will serve the same purpose since they are basically handheld. I also bought a brown leather YSL Cabas Chyc, so that fulfills my brown need. I still have no LV monogram!

I’m so glad you’re keeping it for now, I have some bags that I don’t use for months at a time but I still like them and it’s always nice to take them out for a spin. Don’t be afraid of vachetta, just use it like normal, Tivoli PM is very pretty and feminine :)

definitely a keeper! My best friend has about 6 LV bags and this is definitely my favorite of her collection. Speaking from a male perspective... theres something about it that's very attractive...sexy.

Lol! i really like your answer. :) I am like you. I am more of a shoulder bag girl myself but i do love carrying my new Trevi handheld. I find ways . Even though she can get heavy this way. I just think handheld looks so cute and feminine. Tivoli is super pretty too!
