Should I return these?? (Pics in post)

good evening ladies I just got home to my pigalle plato 120 that I ordered last week. I was so excited to open them but when I finally did I noticed that one shoe has a pretty significant crease in the sole. Also in that spot the sole feels slightly warped. It's kind of bugging me because I looked at my two year old Bianca's to compare and the arch on those is totally smooth. Would you exchange for another pair?

Yes I would definitely exchange for a new pair! They are hand made so these things can happen but I would exchange for a perfect pair. Congrats on the purchase Pigalle Plato 120 is amazing forever shoe!

Update: I called and was told to email with photos. I sent the email and about an hour later got a response apologizing for the issue and asking if I want to exchange them. I replied that I did and now I sit and wait until Monday for a response.

Although I'm glad they responded it really sucks that I can't just return them at a boutique
