Should I get the poppy swing hobo?

I've got my eye on a poppy swing hobo in tangerine - trying to decide if I should go for it or maybe try for a mustard duffle instead. Any thoughts on this?

Pros for Poppy: I LOVE the color on her (been looking for an orange bag for a while), and the front pockets (I have to have a pocket for my phone), but I've never seen her IRL, only on the reveals on TPF. I'm worried she may be too small.

Pros for duffle: Color looks nice, I know I already like the duffle, cause I have one. But I wish the outside pocket wasn't a zippered pocket and I also wish that the strap was just short and I didn't have to double it over - so many times I go to grab her and I only get one strap and then I'm standing there wrestling with the straps and trying to them evened out again.

They're both nice bags for different reasons. But it also comes down to considering the leather. The waxy leather on the poppy can crack over time giving a very distressed look. And you're already familiar w/ the smooth thicker legacy leather.
And space wise, the duffle is much roomier. The poppy can look bulky & misshapen if over stuffed.
If I had to choose, Id go w/ the duffle bc I love duffles!

I love the poppy color. I got a mandarin bag just because I wanted the color.

I'm not familiar with either one (just pics) but I like smaller bags like this one better since I don't carry a lot. If you already have a duffle, I would always go with something new. If you don't like it, you can always exchange for the duffle, right?

I have this leather in the black poppy tote. It has not cracked. It wears fantastic! Love it. I have this style in parchment quilted leather. I'm using it now. Love the style.I don't use front pockets, but my S3 does fit. I'd say go for it! I almost got the navy on evil bay.

I have the Glam in waxed leather and its super soft and smooshy, but hasn't "cracked" at all as a previous poster mentioned. It is a distressed look and is somewhat crinkly, but it's super durable. It's my go-to travel bag.

I was worried about the cracked leather and I've already bought a few purses on eBay that I didn't really like so I was worried about doing it again. Oh well, I'll continue stalking until another one comes along...
