Hi Ladies (and anyone else here!),
Fun gay guy here. Hope I'm still welcome ;)

I sold my yellow gold love bracelet I had for ten years because I'm foolish, bought the white gold, wasn't fond of it, and sold that as well. In the last few weeks I was missing the richness of yellow gold, and I also love diamonds (and can work them) so I picked up the 10 diamond and 4 diamond YG versions of the Love. I'm finding that I'm really missing the classic, so trying to decide if I can get away with a third one, putting it in front of the 4 diamond. Would obviously do the same size.

I'm not interested in white gold and I could see how rose would be fun to break it up, but it washes out on my olive-y skin tone.

Thanks!

I think that you could totally rock the classic yellow gold LOVE with the 4 and 10 diamond bracelets. It will be fabulous!!! Can I ask why you don't like the white gold bracelet? I was thinking of getting at white gold bracelet to go on my other wrist so it would "match" or "blend" with my eternity band ring stack from my grandmother....some of the rings are set in white gold and a couple are platinum.

Hey, thanks for your input! As long as it doesn't look like some big "chunk" it could be fun. They boutique is bringing it in for me to see this week.

I bought the white gold to go with an emerald cut diamond tennis bracelet that I have. I only liked it when they were together - when I wasn't wearing the diamonds, it kind of lacked the richness I enjoyed with the yellow gold one I had enjoyed for so many years.

As it wore, which happened swiftly with the plat tennis bracelet next to it, it became very grey and dull. I just never connected with it. I sent it to Cartier to rhodium plate as they do with the diamond versions (they agreed to this) and it came back and I decided I just missed yellow! If you go with the WG, I recommend a version with diamonds, so it doesn't lose its luster. Those are rhodium plated, the plain isn't. Compare the finishes ... very different.

Here's the tennis bracelet, for kicks. Still can't decide if I like it with the loves ...

Your platinum tennis bracelet is lovely but for some reason I am leaning towards the stack with a classic LOVE bracelet in addition to your 4 and 10 diamond. You could always wear the tennis bracelet on the other wrist. Thanks so much for the insight on the white gold - I don't think I want any diamonds in my next LOVE bracelet so now I have another question for you. What do you think of the rose gold when paired with white gold/platinum eternity bands? I just want something simple to go with my grandmother's rings.

I do like the look of the three golds together but I'm not a fan of WG alone. I agree that adding a RG into the mix would break it up. Then you can wear one of each on days you want to tone down your stack.

Sorry, gave too much back story. White gold is gone. The piece being considered is just the plain YG to go with the other two. I don’t take these things on and off so it’s a permanent fixture unless I’m having surgery or traveling to a less developed part of the world. Are we down with the three yellow golds, plain in front followed by 4 diamond followed by 10 diamond? :)

Yes!!! Totally go for it. I think that would be an amazing stack.

So, here's what I've settled on, after going to boutique today:

The plain yellow gold is stunning, but three of them together looked like a big "chunk" of gold, and the diamonds (which aren't huge) on the other two bracelets got lost in the shuffle. There is apparently such a thing as too much of a good thing.

The small pavé is pretty, but too small on me, even with the others. The full-sized pavé is to die for, and maybe worth saving for. For now, I've just got the two wonderful ones I'm already enjoying.

Thanks for your help, all!

Hi I'm probably late to this thread, but do you like the JUC? I wasn't a fan at first, but after seeing the one with the diamond tips, I completely fell in love! I plan to stack my YG JUC w diamond tips with WG & YG 4 diamond loves, with the WG sandwiched in the middle. Also diggin the YG & WG small pave diamond love... maybe next on my list
