Should I buy this bag online?

Short Answer: No. I'm extremely wary of Craigslist. It's the last place I'd go to look for an authentic bag. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Maybe you could post this in the Authenticate This thread?

No - i wouldn't purchase anything with a smell - to me is a red flag. Check Ebay instead.
Or wait a little longer, save more $$$ and get yourself a new bag from the online LV store or the boutique.

Are you buying it because it's cheap or because you wanted a used Speedy? If it's the former, then no. If it's the latter, then I'd suggest examining the bag before purchasing.
