Should I be concerned I am getting a 19P bag?

I’m probably being crazy, but I had an SA find me a black business affinity and the receipt shoes it’s from the 19P collection. I get the bag tomorrow. Should I be concerned it’s an old return? Is it normal to locate a previous season bag? I ordered from Neiman Marcus.

I think you should be okay! I’ve been to nemians before and they do have stock left over from previous seasons from time to time

It should be nothing to worry about. Because of the pandemic they have more items that have not been put out. One SA told me sometimes they will just find an item in the back that just got “lost”

You’re welcome Any purchases always check over when you receive. I have bought in person before fresh from boutique, first person to hold a piece, took it home and realized it was a defective one due to poor stitching. Hope your business affinity is perfect for you

I just purchased a 19K bag from a Chanel boutique that was brand new & unwrapped from the back. They had many. Due to delays in getting the shipment and the pandemic that followed, the store had a lot of old inventory in stock

I just picked up a 17B bag today - brand new at the department store, a total unicorn; it was transferred to my local store from a store that was closing, and had been stashed away for 3 years! It is beyond gorgeous. It is in perfect condition.

Thank you all for your wonderful feedback - the bag ended up being 20B even though the receipt rang up as 19P - but it's perfect nonetheless!
